The Jasper Carrot was born from the pure desire to live sustainably. Nourishing my soul and creative spirit, as well as giving others an opportunity to follow their dreams by contributing to a more eco environment, inspired me. Reducing the negative affects we as a society have had on the planet was also a contributing force that planted the first store's seed. On a tight shoestring The Jasper Carrot was born all the while keeping the belief alive: “ be ye kind to Mother Nature and our fellow creatures”!
